Facilitation

When a team member or leader is affected by a wellbeing issue, the team’s performance may fall and the dynamics of team relationships may change.

If the timing is right, talking together with the help of a facilitator, can allow the team to address any impact the wellbeing issue has had on their work, in order to:

  • accelerate the team’s return to full productivity
  • improve relationships and communication within the team
  • enable the team to engage positively with the person whose wellbeing is affected
  • identify and address any changes in overall team dynamics
