Roger has worked as a coach to executives, directors and owners of organisations since 1999.
He has coached to CEO and Chairman level in FTSE100 organisations as well as MDs and Directors of other PLCs.
He works both with individuals and teams, helping them to work more effectively by enabling them to identify patterns of behaviour, challenging their assumptions and supporting them in considering new ways of working.
Roger is passionate about helping clients to continually explore and understand the complexities of Leadership, especially when at a turning point they learn to accept that the ways which worked in the past are no longer sustainable. This may result in a need for cultural and individual transformation whilst delivering excellent results.

As Managing Director of a division of a FTSE100 organisation with 4,500 people, Roger successfully led the business through radical organisational change, transforming it over 3-4 years to deliver high performance. He achieved this through developing a coaching culture, enabling people to engage positively with the change whilst understanding the need for concurrent quality performance.
