Paul worked for 15 years in the IT industry, including 13 years at Microsoft, with roles as an engineer, project manager and consultant. He then retrained, completing a degree in Graphic Design at St Martin's College and an MA at the Royal College of Art. He has a special interest in inclusive design, and spent 5 years working as a graphic designer.
Paul manages all of the company's back office functions, including finance, design, project management and IT.
