Coaching and Training
Lorraine has worked as an executive coach, trainer and facilitator since 1994. She specialises in leadership development, behavioural change, transitional change, team facilitation, coaching skills for line managers and career development. Lorraine also has a particular interest in supporting clients to manage health related issues at work to maintain success.
Lorraine brings clarity, depth and real practical value to her work, developing a deep level of trust and creating a safe place in which her clients' thinking can be shared and challenged. She has a natural ability to listen, explore and reflect with her clients and provide insightful observations in a supportive and non-judgmental way.
Through the combination of Lorraine's business experience and psychological training, her trademark as a coach is to raise her client's self-awareness, challenge them to explore and try out different approaches and encourage them to take responsibility for making significant changes to the way they work.

Over several years, Lorraine managed multi-million pound product portfolios, was responsible for the development and launch of new global products to the UK and developed and trained sales teams within the healthcare and food hygiene sectors.
