Coaching and Training
Liz has run a coaching and training practice since 1993, working with clients to enable them to be more effective in their roles by increasing their self-awareness and understanding of organisational dynamics, and developing productive ways to change their patterns of thinking and behaving.
Through her work with clients, she's seen the degree to which people face challenges in their work and home lives, sometimes complicated and sensitive scenarios, which can undermine their performance at work. In many cases their employers are not aware of these issues. In response to this, Liz has developed ways of working that address the link between peoples' sense of wellbeing and work performance and believes that this leads to more meaningful and sustainable progress for individuals, teams and organisations.
