Coaching and Training
June has been coaching individuals and groups since 1998. She is also a trained supervisor, providing fellow coaches with professional support and development.
Her coaching approach focuses on helping clients to achieve their goals through an enhanced understanding of the change process in themselves and their organisations. She increases clients' awareness of the enablers and barriers associated with achieving their aims.
June's stance is captured in the values expressed by SIHR: she works '…to facilitate the growth of individuals in their sense of themselves, their relationships, their workplace and cultural environment'. Her practice is governed within robust professional codes of standards and ethics.
