When a wellbeing issue affects someone’s performance at work, our ‘Wellbeing+’ programme is designed to help them develop their ability to:

  • be effective in their role
  • talk with their manager about the wellbeing issue
  • adapt their working style to minimise stress levels and maximise efficiency
  • communicate about their wellbeing issue with colleagues and clients
  • deal with unconscious bias
  • actively manage their use of energy and time
  • monitor their wellbeing and avoid relapse
  • negotiate ‘reasonable adjustments’
  • manage a smooth return to work after absence
