When a wellbeing issue affects someone’s performance at work, our ‘Wellbeing+’ programme is designed to help them develop their ability to:
- be effective in their role
- talk with their manager about the wellbeing issue
- adapt their working style to minimise stress levels and maximise efficiency
- communicate about their wellbeing issue with colleagues and clients
- deal with unconscious bias
- actively manage their use of energy and time
- monitor their wellbeing and avoid relapse
- negotiate ‘reasonable adjustments’
- manage a smooth return to work after absence
