Coaching and Training
Chris has worked as a coach, trainer and facilitator since 1989, enabling his clients to grow and flourish by challenging and supporting them in equal measure. He enjoys working with senior executives, managers and professionals at all stages in their careers.
Integrating his wide range of experience in law, consulting, business, therapy and acting, he's able to facilitate significant change in individuals and organisations in diverse sectors across many cultures. He regularly designs and facilitates away-days, interpersonal development and change programmes and uses theatre to facilitate dynamic learning.
Chris is particularly interested in change and the role of creativity in organisations and has been an MBA tutor in Creativity, Innovation and Change.
He has also worked with Kids Company and various schools, developing the wellbeing of children and their carers and has run theatre workshops and interview skills development in a primary school. Chris is registered with UKCP as an Integrative Arts Psychotherapist, is a Metanoia trained supervisor of coaches and therapists and also an NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer.

Organisational Experience
Chris originally practiced as a lawyer for 12 years, both in private practice and as in-house counsel in property development, insolvency and matrimonial work.
